Moscow State Budgetary Healthcare Institution “City Polyclinic No. 166 of the Moscow City Healthcare Department”, abbreviated name: GBUZ “GP№166 DZM”, was established in connection with the reorganization of the branch of Polyclinic No. 54 of the Krasnogvardeisky District Health Department of Moscow in 1975. Name of the institution upon creation: Municipal medical enterprise City polyclinic No. 166.
On the basis of Order of the Government of Moscow No. 230-RP dated September 10, 1991 “On the structure of the healthcare management of Moscow” and in connection with the liquidation of the Medical Directorate of the Krasnogvardeisky District and the establishment of the Medical Directorate of the Southern Administrative Okrug, it was renamed Polyclinic No. 166 “Fortuna” of the Medical Directorate of the Southern Administrative Okrug of Moscow.
On the basis of the order of the Medical Directorate of Southern Administrative District No. 12 dated January 31, 1994, it was renamed Polyclinic No. 166 of the Health Department of the Southern Administrative District of Moscow into the State Medical and Preventive Institution (GLPU).
The Charter of the Institution was approved by order of the Medical Department of the Southern Administrative District of Moscow dated 02/07/1994, including the Institution renamed the City Clinic No. 166 as the State Treatment and Prevention Institution and registered with the Moscow Registration Chamber on February 22, 1994, No. 691-u / RP.
The Charter of the Institution was approved in the new edition by Order of the Department of Health of the city of Moscow dated 08.24.2012 No. 877.
